Raspberry and Ginger Gimlet
Tart, fruity and spiced with ginger ale, we think we might be on to a winner with summery gin based cocktail.
Add this cocktail to your beer garden menu!
A generous amount of gin, a splash of lime juice and some raspberry syrup, makes for the ideal fruity beverage enjoy in the sun!
- Ingredients

- 50ml of Gin
- 25ml lime juice
- 25ml Simply Raspberry Syrup
- Ginger ale
- Ice
Garnish
- Fresh ginger slice
- A raspberry
- Method

- Build in a cocktail shaker filled with ice the gin, Simply Raspberry Syrup, and lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
- Top with ginger ale and garnish with a raspberry and a fresh ginger slice.
