Bubblegum Frappe

We know that all things nostalgic are super popular at the moment, so this childhood classic is bound to be a crowd pleaser. The sweet flavour and eye catching colour make this a must on your Spring and Summer menus.
While we’ve chosen multi-coloured sugar strands to top this delicacy, the options don’t end there! Treat it like a knickerbocker glory and go totally bright and bonkers – mini pink and white marshmallows, freeze dried raspberries and fizzy sweets are all fantastic options. Have fun with it!

- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder or Simply Vegan Vanilla Frappe Powder
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 scoops (50g) 2 scoops (50g) 3 scoops (75g) - Simply Bubblegum Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Bubblegum Syrup
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 pumps (15ml) 2 pumps (15ml) 2 pumps (15ml) - Milk
12oz 16oz 20oz 120ml 140ml 160ml - Ice
- Whipped cream
- Simply Bubblegum Topping Sauce
- Simply Sugar Strands
- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder or Simply Vegan Vanilla Frappe Powder
- Instructions

- Add the milk, bubblegum syrup and vanilla frappe powder to a blender.
- Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour the blender contents into a cup and top with whipped cream.
- Decorate with bubblegum sauce and sugar strands.
