Smooth chocolate and cooling peppermint go hand in hand, especially for a fantastic festive flavour. We’ve put the candy into candy cane with this recipe, combining this beloved combo with our candy floss syrup for an extra burst of sweetness.
Christmas is the best excuse to go all out, and this candy cane white hot chocolate is no different. We recommend crushing up candy canes to sprinkle on top of this drink, but why not use our plain chocolate flakes for a more bitter chocolate addition, or keep it sweet with a drizzle of white chocolate sauce!
- Ingredients

- 2 scoops (34g) Simply White Chocolate Powder
- 1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Organic Peppermint Syrup
- 1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Candy Floss Syrup
- Steamed milk
- Whipped cream
- Candy canes
- Instructions

- Combine your white chocolate powder with the syrups.
- Add a small amount of steamed milk and stir into a paste.
- Top with the rest of the milk.
- Decorate with whipped cream and candy canes.
Simply top tip! Hang a candy cane from the glass or sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of the whipped cream.
