Gingerbread Frappe
You know Christmas is around the corner when you start looking for a Gingerbread Frappe recipe! This festive classic comes back every year for good reason – it’s delicious! We’ve kept our recipe super simple, so you can enjoy this fabulous treat without any fuss.
Enjoy the flavour of delicately spiced ginger biscuits mixed with your favourite vanilla sweetness. For anyone cautious of their sugar intake this festive season, our sugar free gingerbread syrup is just as tasty.
Dress up this recipe with fancy toppings as you please! Freshly baked gingerbread crumb, grated nutmeg or a sprinkling of cinnamon go a long way to elevate this drink. Or follow our lead and dunk a gingerbread man straight in!

- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 scoops (50g) 2 scoops (50g) 3 scoops (75g) - Simply Gingerbread Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Gingerbread Syrup
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 pumps (15ml) 2 pumps (15ml) 3 pumps (22.5ml) - Milk
12oz 16oz 20oz 120ml 140ml 160ml - Ice
- Whipped cream
- Simply Maple Syrup Topping Sauce or Simply Speculoos Topping Sauce
- Cinnamon
- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder
- Instructions

- Add the gingerbread syrup, vanilla frappe powder and milk to a blender.
- Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour the blender contents into a cup and top with whipped cream.
- Decorate with topping sauce of your choice and a dusting of cinnamon.
