Piña Colada Frappe

This recipe combines the taste of fresh coconut, tangy pineapple and a smooth base of vanilla. With an extra burst of fruitiness from a drizzle of mango, who needs a piña colada cocktail when you can try this frappe instead! Be sure not to forget the coconut, texture is everything.
We make all of our syrups alcohol free, meaning this piña colada frappe recipe is perfect for anyone going sober. That doesn’t mean you can’t switch it up though – add a splash of rum for the drinkers to make this an evening treat.

- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder or Simply Vegan Vanilla Frappe Powder
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 scoops (50g) 2 scoops (50g) 3 scoops (75g) - Simply Piña Colada Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Piña Colada Syrup
12oz 16oz 20oz 2 pumps (15ml) 2 pumps (15ml) 3 pumps (22.5ml) - Milk
12oz 16oz 20oz 120ml 140ml 160ml - Ice
- Whipped cream
- Simply Mango Topping Sauce
- Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder or Simply Vegan Vanilla Frappe Powder
- Instructions

- Add the milk, piña colada syrup and vanilla frappe powder to a blender.
- Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour the blender contents into a cup and top with whipped cream.
- Decorate with mango sauce and optionally coconut shavings or desiccated coconut.
