Violet and Blackberry Gin & Tonic

Fruity and tart this is the ideal drink to have on any cocktail menu, perfect to kick off those summer evenings in the beer garden!
Refreshing and can be made into an Instagram-friendly beverage, add all the fruit as garnish and take a pic!
- Ingredients

- 50ml of Blackberry Gin
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Simply Violet Syrup
- Tonic
- Ice
- Lime wedges and mint (optional)
- Method

- Build in a cocktail shaker filled with ice the gin, Simply Violet Syrup, and lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into tumbler glass filled with ice.
- Disperse you lime wedges and mint leaves throughout your glass and top with tonic.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and the tops of a mint sprigs
